The Perry Technical Institute main campus is located at 2011 W. Washington Ave., on approximately 35 acres of land on the southwest edge of Yakima, Washington, across the street from the Yakima Air Terminal. The Construction & Carpentry Technology program and Medical Technology program at Perry Tech Sunnyside is situated at 437 Barnard Blvd, Sunnyside, WA 98944, approximately 38 miles away from the main campus.

Perry Technical Institute boasts a range of facilities such as classrooms, labs, study zones, a student center, a learning resource center, and communal areas designed to foster connections among students, faculty, and local community members. Classrooms and computer labs are equipped with interactive whiteboards and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additionally, the campus offers various amenities to cater to student needs, including outdoor seating areas, open fields for recreational activities, and convenient food such as vending machines. Administrative offices and support staff, covering enrollment, financial aid, registrar services, foundation, academic support, facilities & safety, veteran support, human resources, IT services, and career services, are also located on-site.
