Smoking/Tobacco Products
Due to the acknowledged hazards from exposure to environmental tobacco smoke, it is the policy of Perry Technical Institute to provide a tobacco-free environment for all students, employees, and visitors. Smoking and other forms of tobacco use are permitted in designated areas only. The designated areas are located at the northwest area on the main campus and northeast end of campus, near Plath Hall. This policy covers the smoking of any tobacco product, electronic cigarettes, and the use of smokeless or “spit” tobacco.
