Facilities

The Perry Technical Institute campus is located at 2011 W. Washington Ave., on approximately 35 acres of land on the southwest edge of Yakima, Washington, across the street from the Yakima Air Terminal. The Professional Truck Driving Program currently operates out of a lab space situated at 80 Pond Road, which is approximately seven miles away from the main campus. This arrangement will continue until May 8, 2024. Afterward, the program will shift to a different lab space located at 1301 S Fair Avenue, which is approximately four miles from the main campus.

Perry Technical Institute's facilities include classrooms, labs, study areas, a student center, a learning resource center, and gathering spaces that encourage interactions between students, employees, and community members. All classrooms and computer labs integrate technology wherever possible, including interactive whiteboards and Wi-Fi access. Spaces are provided to support student needs including outdoor seating and open fields for recreation, and deli and vending machines. The campus also hosts administrative functions and staff including enrollment, financial aid, registrar, foundation, academic support, facilities & safety, veterans services, human resources, information technology, and career services.
