Safety Orientation

Perry Technical Institute students are required to complete a safety orientation with their instructor, comprised of a Student Responsibility Statement; a review of their class safety program; OSHA universal precautions for handling exposure to blood/bodily fluids; a hazard communication awareness program (SDS); a student accident insurance video and fire safety. Some students may need additional instruction in the use of eyewash stations, and acetylene gas cylinder safety as necessary.  Students must keep this information for reference.
